Je viens de faire appel à leurs services pour le changement d'une climatisation. Service hors pair et équipe très professionnelle de la vente à l'installation malgré la complexité d'accès aux tuyaux. I am new to Montreal and sought a company to assist in having a thermostat for heating installed (replacing our exsiting)- Mysa, which is designed to control baseboard heaters by wifi remotely and has a visible display of your room temperature. Josh, their technician arrived and installed it and activated it's wifi connection. I now have peace of mind when I travel I can see internal temperature of home, schedule heating selection , turn down when away and up when arriving. This will save in electricity bills. Josh reviewed how to clean our ductless AC unit and how it is serviced. I highly recommend this company for it's communication, expertise and being cost efficient. Josh detected a problem in our existing wiring to the thermostat  that was a risk- which was not spotted by home inspection. If left unattended it would be a serious hazard. I had an HVAC inspection scheduled with the technician from Sinergie. The technician showed up later than expected however he was very friendly, calm and knowledgeable. Sinergie Fraicheur is a very honorable and professional team! I am the President of a condominium building in downtown Montreal and we had to refit 20 air conditioning units servicing about 1000 square feet for each individual condo over 11 floors.  Sinergie had to develop the refit job from the start, draw up blueprints, protect our floors, carpets, and elevator, perform the necessary work by drilling a path for their pipes across the length of the building from roof to lobby, (cut the ceiling to take out the old water based unit, install and fit the new a/c machine using a proprietary Daikin refrigerant into a different space as it was longer and narrower than the old machine), make custom connections so that everything lined up, and troubleshoot successfully any new problems that materialized. Communication was smooth and easy, no "extras" popped up as the contract was respected to the penny even though there were some unforeseen added work for the refit as pillars and different ductwork came into play. We now have a service contract with them which is very fair and comparable to our former companies.  Bravo for this company as the management team of Christian, Savario, and Valentino were all amazingly professional and knowledgeable.  I would use them again without question and anyone who wants to refit a building is welcomed to see their work in our building.  Five-Stars!!!
